We never recommend overlapping the tape or using a lot of strips. Recommendation: Cup sizes A-DD can wear strips as advised on the box. 36 DD+ we recommend wearing our Original Lift & Shape tape for the most support without needing to layer a lot of tape.

Our tape is hypoallergenic & medical grade however please avoid if you are allergic to band aids/plasters or do a patch test for 24 hours using a small section of tape on the chest area to rule out any reactions.
