GENERAL INFORMATION

Please note that delivery times apply after dispatch and not the time you placed the order. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday and not weekends and Bank holidays. If you order after 12pm on a Friday or before a bank holiday your order will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday or alternatively Tuesday if it is a bank holiday weekend.

Picking & Packing Times:  If you order before 12pm Monday-Friday we aim to despatch the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays or at the weekend will be processed and despatched the next working day. However during busy periods it may take one working day longer to pick and pack your order upon order confirmation so when ordering please account for this turnaround from placing your order to receiving your order.

Working days at our facility are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

 

STANDARD TRACKED SHIPPING – £3.99 ( 2-3 Working Days)

We use EVRI or Royal Mail standard tracked and in most cases after your item has been picked and dispatched by our team, your order will arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch. This is a tracked service and you will receive tracking information when the item has been sent out. You will also receive a delivery notification via email. Please ensure correct details are provided at the time of order. Standard picking and packing times still apply as described on this page. We do not offer any compensation if it is not delivered  within the estimated time. However, please do let us know if there is an issue with your delivery and we can get an update from the courier.

 

EXPRESS TRACKED – £4.99 (1-2 Working Days)

We use EVRI or Royal Mail Next Day Tracked and in most cases after your item has been picked and dispatched by our team, your order will arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch. EVRI & Royal Mail’s next day delivery success rate for this service is 90%+. This is a tracked service and you will receive tracking information when the item has been sent out. Please ensure correct details are provided at the time of order. Standard picking and packing times still apply as described on this page. We do not offer any compensation if it is not delivered  within the estimated time. However, please do let us know if there is an issue with your delivery and we can get an update from the courier.

 

PREMIUM NEXT DAY TRACKED – £6.49- £7.49 (1 Working Day )

Our UK Next Working Day delivery partner is DHL. Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. DHL‘s first time delivery success rate is 97%+. DHL aim to deliver everything the next working day after despatch but sometimes things can happen that delay this that are out of the control of Perky Pear.

Premium is a fully tracked service and customers will be sent time slots via email/sms with expected delivery times. Please ensure correct details are provided at the time of order. Standard picking and packing times still apply as described on this page. We do not offer any compensation if it is not delivered within the estimated time. However, please do let us know if there is an issue with your delivery and we can get an update from DHL.

ROI, Europe & International:

Republic Of Ireland:

International Tracked- 3-5 days (Monday- Friday)

This is a tracked service and you will receive your tracking number with your shipped email confirmation. Please ensure you have checked your junk/spam email folders before contacting us.

Europe & ROW tracked 

Order before 12pm Monday-Friday and your item will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and despatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Delivery Information:

We strive to make sure your order is delivered safely and on time however, we can’t be held responsible for the reliability of local postage services outside of the UK.

Incorrect or Missed Address Information:

If our customer inputs the wrong address or has missed crucial information in the shipping section such as house number, postcode or house names, Perky Pear cannot be held responsible if the parcel does not get to you. Please always ensure you have typed your correct shipping address into the fields before placing your order. We will always try our best to help you where we can but this may mean waiting for the item to be returned to us before we can reimburse you for the product costs. If the item gets lost or does not get returned to our warehouse due to incorrect information inputted by our customer, unfortunately we cannot refund you for the lost order. Please always check you provide our despatch team with the correct information so that we can send the parcel to the correct address to avoid lost parcels. We know this is frustrating so please ensure the correct information is inputted before you checkout.

Commercial Addresses:

Perky Pear® does not control the time in which carriers deliver the post at any given location so please be cautious and avoid using commercial and work addresses if selecting an untracked service to avoid missed deliveries due to office opening times. If the item has been missed a red card will be posted, check with the local sorting office first before contacting us.

Claims For Undelivered Items:

If the status of the delivery is “Delivered” we can not issue a refund. If you claim you have not received the item(s) even though the status is “Delivered” Perky Pear® is not liable to issue a refund once the status of delivery has been confirmed via our shipping provider. NOTE: The item will be marked as “Delivered” also if the item hasn’t been delivered to you but a card has been left to let you know where to collect it. Always check local collection office first.

Status as “Delivered” But No Items Received:

If the item is marked as “Delivered” by our courier but the customer claims they still have not received the item, we can only issue out a replacement and will do this after 10 working days to allow for delays or for the item to be returned back to us by the courier to our warehouse which can happen in cases where they have been unable to deliver the items or the items have not been collected.

Lost Parcels/No Card Has Been Left

Please notify us within 14 calendar days of your order being dispatched if you have not received your order or if it is lost by the courier. This will enable us to raise a claim with the courier and ensure a replacement is dispatched to you. If we are notified after 14 calendar days we are unable to raise a claim with the courier. If we are unable to raise a claim with the courier we will be unable to issue a refund.

Tracking Details for ROI, Europe & International

You will receive an email with the tracking number for you to track your parcel. Please check your spam or junk folders in case they have gone into there.

Customs & extra charges

Please be aware that International items outside of the UK may be subject to customs processing and additional charges that we are unaware of.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
