DPD FULLY TRACKED GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY (DOES NOT INCLUDE Saturdays & Sundays) Р£4.99

This service is a guaranteed and fully tracked next working day delivery. Processed at 1pm Monday to Friday. Order before 1pm and your item will be despatched the same day for the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays. Please note if you order before 1pm on Friday your item will be despatched that day but will arrive Monday – the next working day.

Delivery Information:

We strive to make sure your order is delivered safely and on time however, we can’t be held responsible for the reliability of local postage services outside of the UK.

Commercial Addresses:

Perky Pear¬ģdoes not control the time RM or UPS delivers the post at any given location so please be cautious and avoid using commercial and work addresses if selecting an untracked service to avoid missed deliveries due to office opening times. If the item has been missed a red card will be posted, check with the local sorting office first before contacting us.

Claims For Undelivered Royal Mail Items:

We have an internal delivery confirmation system so if we see the order has not been delivered up to 10 working days after the allocated time frame from despatch, we will process a refund.

Please Note: If the status of the delivery is “Delivered” we can not issue a refund. If you claim you have not received the item(s) even though the status is “Delivered” Perky Pear¬ģ¬†is not liable to issue a refund once status of delivery has been confirmed via our shipping provider. NOTE: The item will be marked as “Delivered” also if¬† the item hasn’t been delivered to you but a card has been left to let you know where to collect it. Always check local collection office first.

Status as “Delivered” But No Items Received:

If the item is marked as “Delivered” by our courier but the customer claims they still have not received the item, we can only issue out a replacement and will do this after 10 working days to allow for delays or for the item to be returned back to us by Royal Mail which can happen in cases where they have been unable to deliver the items or the items have not been collected from the post office.

Lost Parcels/No Card Has Been Left

If you have missed your parcel, a red card will be left for you to collect from your local sorting/collection office. If you do not collect your item it will be returned to the Perky Pear Headquarters. No item or card? Always check at your local sorting office or with a neighbour if your item has not arrived before contacting us as your last resort as in most cases items have been recovered this way.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD:

International customers using Royal Mail standard tracked delivery can track your order by clicking on the link on your “shipped” email. It will look similar to this (LB 7585 5372 7GB)¬†number sequence. Insert it at:¬†https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

INTERNATIONAL UPS Express (2-3 day):

If you selected UPS Express (2-3 day) delivery you do not need to do anything, UPS will send you regular updates to the email address you have provided to us. if you enter the incorrect email address, we cannot be liable for this. Perky Pear¬ģ¬†tracks each UPS delivery internally so we know when an item has arrived.

UK DPD Next Day:

If you selected DPD Next Day you will receive an email from DPD with all tracking information where you can easily contact them to reschedule your delivery or leave in a safe place.

Please note that Royal Mail 1st class is not a tracked service but we do get delivery confirmation.
