UK ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS (1-2 Working Days) – £3.99

IRELAND DELIVERY (3-5 Working Days) – £5.99

EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE TRACKED  (5-10 Working Days) – £7.99

UPS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS  TRACKED (2-3 Working days) Prices vary based on location

 

Despatch Times:

Orders are processed at 12pm Monday to Friday. Order before 12pm and your item will be despatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday and Sunday.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped the next working day which is Monday. If the weekend falls on a bank holiday please allow one extra day. We do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday so please take this into consideration when ordering your items.

 

Delivery Information:

We strive to make sure your order is delivered safely and on time however, we can’t be held responsible for the reliability of local postage services outside of the UK.

UK Royal Mail: We use Royal Mail First class delivery, Items will in most cases arrive within 1-2 working days from despatch date.

All our UK Royal Mail packages are not a tracked service but have a recorded delivery code so we can see when your package has been delivered. The price we charge for our UK Royal Mail delivery matches online retailers 2nd class delivery cost so you actually pay the lesser price for Royal Mails fastest delivery option with Perky Pear®

Commercial Addresses: Perky Pear®does not control the time RM or UPS delivers the post at any given location so please be cautious and avoid using commercial and work addresses to avoid missed deliveries due to office opening times. If the item has been missed a red card will be posted, check with the local sorting office first before contacting us.

 

Claims For Undelivered Items:

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days after the allocated delivery time we can refund your order. We have an internal delivery confirmation system so if we see the order has not been delivered up to 10 days after the allocated time frame from despatch, we will process a refund. In some cases though we will issue out a replacement item depending on our customers request.

Please Note: If the status of the delivery is “Delivered” we can not issue a refund. If you claim you have not received the item(s) even though the status is “Delivered” Perky Pear® is not liable to issue a refund once status of delivery has been confirmed via our shipping provider. NOTE: The item will be marked as “Delivered” also if  the item hasn’t been delivered to you but a card has been left to let you know where to collect it.

 

Lost Parcels/No Card Has Been Left

If you have missed your parcel, a red card will be left for you to collect from your local sorting/collection office. If you do not collect your item it will be returned to the Perky Pear Headquarters. No item or card? Always check at your local sorting office or with a neighbour if your item has not arrived before contacting us as your last resort as in most cases items have been recovered this way.

 

Tracking (International Customer)

International customers using standard tracked delivery can track your order by clicking on the link on your “shipped” email. It will look similar to this:

If you selected UPS Express (2-3 day) delivery you do not need to do anything, UPS will send you regular updates to the email address you have provided to us. if you enter the incorrect email address, we cannot be liable for this. Perky Pear® tracks each UPS delivery internally so we know when an item has arrived.

All international orders will be a tracked service apart from certain country zones. Please note we now only use a tracked and signed for service for international orders. This service usually arrives within 10 working days (not including weekends) We can only process refunds for a lost parcel if your parcel has not arrived within 10 days after the timescale above. This is to allow for delays.

We are not responsible for any additional postage costs that may occur internationally. We only charge what it costs ourselves to post out from the UK to your selected country. Custom charges may be applicable to some.
