Don’t feel obliged to make the same resolutions as everyone else. Diets and exercise might not be part of the resolution you want to make and that’s totally cool. Trying to change something you don’t really want to will only end in fails.
Take up a yoga class. Ditch the chocolate. Save up for travelling. Spend more time with fam and friends.
Write it down babe
Whether it’s in your notebook or scribbled in lipstick on your bathroom mirror, write your resolutions somewhere you will be able to see them every day.
Let your besties in on the resolutions you want to stick to, when they see you caving they can hit you with some positive vibes and get you back on it.
Celebrate small steps
Take it easy and don’t change too much all at once, small steps in the right direction will help keep your head in the game. Celebrate every milestone and give yourself a pat on the back (and a glass of prosecco).
