Boob Probs

As per the Perky Calendar it’s Stress Boob Monday babes! Head over to our insta
and let us know what’s f*ckin you off this Monday and be in with a chance of
winning something fun to perk up your day.

Here at Perky Pear HQ we love all things boobs (obvs) and we think talking about them
is totally normal, so we’ve addressed some of the worries you might have had
about your pair to put your mind at ease.

1) Can I sleep in a bra?

Rumour has it that sleeping in your bra can stunt the growth of your boobs and
increase your risk of developing Breast Cancer. We’ve done our research and it
turns out this is indeed just a rumour, while sleeping in your bra will do you
no harm it also won’t make your girls any perkier. Either way, chill out and go
with what feels comfortable for you.

2) What can I do to reduce the risk of Breast Cancer?

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we know how important breast
awareness is so we’ve listed a few ways to keep your boobies healthy.

– Ditch the cigarettes
While smoking isn’t as popular as it used to be, 20% of the population still do
it but cutting back or ditching smoking all together is sure to lower your risk
of breast cancer.

– Get fit
Whether it’s running, walking, yoga or spin, we all know how good exercise is
for us and according to the NHS it’s one of the best ways we can minimize our risk
of developing breast cancer.

– Go easy on the wine
We love a glass of wine as much as you do but if you want to avoid the big C,
keeping it to a minimum is the way to go.

3) How can I stop sagging?

Sagging is nothing to be embarrassed about, it’s something that inevitably will
happen to all boobs which is why our gorgeous PP founder, Samantha created the
ultimate lift and shape tape. Shop here: https://perkypear.com/breast-lift-tape/

You can also check out a previous post we did about sagging and how to
naturally prevent it.

4) Is it normal to have stretch marks on my breasts?

Totally! Where ever they are on your body, stretch marks are OK and us girls
should be embracing them, but we know not every girl is comfortable with their
stretch marks and that’s OK too!

5) My boobs don’t look the same as each other?

GIRL, rule no 1. Your boobs are sisters, not twins! Loads of us have different sized breasts and even different sized nipples but that’s completely normal.

Whatever your boob probs are, it’s important to know your body and know your breasts (you really do know best). Stick with your instincts girl and treat your boobs
with kindness! We love your boobs and so should you.
