Consumer Rights Act

Perky Pear LTD adheres to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 

The Customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days. If you ever wish to cancel and return your order, you can do so within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel. Items must be in a saleable condition and unopened.

Refunds if eligible will not include the price you paid for shipping if you are cancelling after your item has already been shipped.

Non- Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns on our adhesive lingerie breast tape and adhesive products if the cellophane seal has been broken and the package has been opened or partly used.

Due to hygiene reasons our adhesive breast tape products are non returnable once the cellophane packaging has been unsealed due to tampering or contamination risks.

Exchanges

We will accept exchanges as a gesture of good will in cases where The Customer has ordered the wrong size or colour and The Customer wishes to exchange the unopened items within 30 days of receiving the items.

Damages And Shortages

Problems must be notified to the the retailer Perky Pear within 30 days of receipt of goods for a replacement. In the event of damaged goods or shortages customers have an obligation to follow the returns procedure. Products must be unused and returned to Perky Pear Ltd and The Company will issue a replacement once all items have been inspected. Perky Pear will only refund the customers cost off returning an item if a shortage is found and a replacement is issued.

If The Company does not hear from The Customer within 30 days of receipt of goods with any problems outlined below, The Company may not be able to offer a refund or replacement item and it will be assumed your items were correct with no damages present. It is The Customers discretion to review their items within 30 days of receiving their items and notify The Company if there are any issues for the opportunity for The Company to rectify and replace all items.

What Is Considered Under Damages And Shortages?

Snags to the tape material, visible marks, missing items or if the wrong item has been sent in error. The company reserves the right to inspect all items before replacements can be issued. Shortages and damages do not apply where customers have stated that the tape did not stick, we cover this topic on our FAQ page

How To Return An Item If Eligible

Please follow the steps below:

-Contact our customer service department help@perkypear.com and request a “Returned Goods Form”. Print this form and fill in the relevant sections to indicate which Product(s) you wish to return. Please be sure to indicate the quantity of a particular Product that you are returning to us as well as the reason for your returning it.
-Having completed the form, please be sure to include it in your returns package along with the relevant Product(s).

-Please use the returns address and put the form inside your package. Please note that Perky Pear cannot be held liable for any returns that go missing. Always use a tracked service.

-Return the items in the same condition as they were received, Unworn and unopened.

Process And Payment For Returning An Order

If the steps outlined above are not followed, in particular if the Returned Goods Form is not included in the returns package, this may result in loss of, or delay in us receiving your returned Product(s). We will not be able to process a refund until we have received your returns package including the returned goods form.

Please Note:

Perky Pear does not cover the cost to return an item for exchanges but will for shortages.

We recommend that you use a tracked and insured service, as Perky Pear will not be liable for any risk, loss of or damage to your Order. Perky Pear does not cover the costs to return the order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
