(more than one position available)

Typical working hours

For this role typical hours are available between Monday to Friday and between 9.30am – 2.30pm.

Contract Terms: Casual Contract (Whereby no hours are set and workers will only be required to attend as and when required.  Like wise there would be no mutual obligation for a worker to accept the work)

Job brief

Perky Pear is looking for a responsible Fulfilment Assistant to perform a variety of tasks. Duties include packing products, packing orders & assisting in daily office needs.

A successful fulfilment assistant should be able to follow instructions and complete work to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Packing products with our packaging team to a high standard
  • Assist with stock checks and updating inventory levels.
  • Maintain office is kept tidy and safe. Reporting any issues to senior management promptly.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task

Our packaging centre is based in Cheadle Heath, Stockport Cheshire.

Hourly wage: £10.40

Operations Team Member

Salary: £12.50/Hr

Office Hours: 8.30am – 3pm Monday-Friday

(6 hours working and 30 mins lunch)

Job brief

Perky Pear is looking for a responsible Operations Team Member to perform a variety of tasks. Duties of the Operations Team Member include processing customer orders, dealing with help emails, managing inventory, providing support to our managers and other employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Ultimately, a successful Operations Team Member should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office and to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process business to customer (b2c) orders via our order management system
  • Answer customer support emails daily and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained to a very high level
  • Assist with packing products with our packaging team when required
  • Assist with maintaining office policies and keeping procedures up to date
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Provide general support to any visitors
  • Assist our Production manager with bookings and stockist accounts for business to business (b2b) orders
  • Carry out stock checks and update inventory levels.
  • Maintain office is kept tidy and safe. Reporting any issues to senior management promptly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
